We will remarket your policy every year before renewal to ensure your premium is competitive and your policy is suitable*
*Not every policy should be re-marketed. Some covers, professional indemnity in particular, work better when you stay with one insurer over a long period. We will tell you when that applies to you

We take your details to the insurance companies and obtain quotes from each one. You do nothing
Most quotes back within 2 working days
We send you the premiums and what each policy actually covers, side by side, so you can pick what suits you
You only pay if you decide to go ahead. Walk away and it costs you nothing
Once your policy is paid, we send through your documents, including your Certificate of Currency
For 14 years we've arranged insurance for Melbourne businesses of every size, from sole traders to transport fleets and multi-million-dollar companies. We review every policy before it renews, and if you need to claim, we're the ones you ring. Alongside insurance, we also offer accounting services, including tax returns, BAS and SMSF audits
Fill in one quote form and we take it to the insurers that suit your business. You get their quotes side by side, so you can compare price and cover before you choose. We also buy through one of Australia's largest broker networks, which means we can place the harder risks a single insurer often turns down
Your insurance and your tax are handled by qualified people, not a call centre. These are the professional bodies and regulators we're registered with

03 8353 8247Nothing, and asking does not commit you to anything. There is no charge for obtaining quotes, comparing them or talking them through with you. Money only changes hands after you have seen the premiums, told us to go ahead, and we have placed the policy. The invoice follows that
Because most policies are never tested against the market again after the year they were bought. If nobody has quoted your cover for two or three renewals, you have no way of knowing whether the premium or the wording is still reasonable for the work you do now. We are happy to be the second brokerage you check against, and if what you already hold is the better deal, we will tell you that
The insurer pays us a commission out of the premium when a policy is placed. That is how insurance broking works in Australia, and it is the reason the quoting and comparing are not billed to you separately. Any fee we charge on top of the commission is set out on your invoice before you pay it. If you want to know what we earn on your policy, ask us and we will tell you
You call us and we take it from there. We lodge it, deal with the insurer, chase it, and tell you what they need from you along the way. Whether a claim is paid, and for how much, is the insurer's decision under the policy wording, not ours. What we can do is make sure your side of it is put properly and that you are not chasing it on your own
By looking at what a policy will not pay for, which is usually where the difference between two premiums sits. When we come back to you, the exclusions and the limits are set out alongside the price, and we say where a sum insured looks light for the work you actually do. No policy covers everything. If the cheaper option is the sensible one, we will say so, and you will know what you are giving up
Yes. Send us the clause and we will tell you in plain English what it is asking for: the covers, the limits, the wording it names, and anything in it worth querying before you sign. Head contractors, landlords, franchisors and financiers all set their own requirements, and they are often not the same as what your current policy provides
No. Most of our clients are around Werribee, Hoppers Crossing, Tarneit, Truganina and Laverton North because that is where we are, and there is a second office in Docklands. Nothing about arranging insurance requires you to be nearby, so we can work with you elsewhere in Victoria. If you would rather do it face to face, the Werribee office is on Princes Highway
There is an accounting practice under the same name that does company and individual returns, BAS, and audits of self-managed super funds. It is run separately from the broking side, so it is a separate conversation with the accounting team. Choosing one has no bearing on the other
